Finally, after months of starts and stops I got hold of the last page of the book, Eat-Pray-Love By Elizabeth Gilbert. After reading the book and savoring the inspirational contents of it, i took a deep breathe as if a new gush of air filled my lungs. This book definitely came just when some nimbus of light seem to circle my thoughts, I read it at the time I needed it most.
EAT. When worries and problems come as if you're the only target on this planet,one cant help but to wonder and pose a question, "Why on earth is life so difficult?". Much worst this could lead to other people losing their appetite. But luckily in my case, in times of despair, I would definitely eat no matter what. lol. When im stressed out Id go searching for a pleasant food that could delight my palate. Rationale: When you're problematic, you surely need to eat a lot so you have the energy to think.
PRAY.I find solace when I pray. Though for the past few months, I failed to do this sole thing that saved me from all of my miseries before. And so i start to open my eyes again, to pray and open my spirituality. After all, there are things and events in our life that sometimes we don't have any control. Let things be and let God. When you keep on thinking and worrying too much, it will just knock the wits out of you.So might as well let go of things. What happened in the past could not be changed, but the present circumstances are in your hands.You have the power to alter its course. You have to let go of the negative vibes,of all the emotions that once locked you on,of all the hatred and blames. You have to free yourself so you can be happy.
LOVE. All of us are in search of the one true love that could take us to places we never thought we could experience and to just have a feel of that utmost happiness we've been wanting to have. But just like in search of something that is really precious, we sometimes are mislead and undergo painful tests to find that special someone. But just like what I heard from a friend,you have to be the right person first before you find the right one for you. After all, love comes when you least expect it. You have to be a complete first. And so while I am still single,I'll continue to spread the love....;)
